Begin Mass Production (10-20 days)
We at Walkjay will prepare a sample for you to review the quality and appearance of the aluminum panels. At the same time, we’ll send you a drawing via email for your approval. Arrange Delivery (25-30 days)

Before making an order, the following details should be settled down:
- size: the standard size is 1220mm*2440mm, any size within is acceptable.
- thickness: ranging from 1.0mm to 5mm, namely 2.0mm, 2.5mm.
- alloy: aluminum 1100H24 or 3003H24.
- color: all RAL colors are available.
- surface treatment: powder coating and PVDF spraying are the most popular.
- pattern: customized pattern can be acceptable.
- EXW, CNF, CIF, FOB, and other price terms are acceptable.
- 100% TT. For aluminum veneer: a 30% deposit and 70% balance should be paid before delivery; For finished products: a 40% deposit and 60% balance should be paid before delivery.
We have CNC machines for punching and engraving, laser machine for welding and engraving, folding machines, arc rolling machines, grinding machines, spraying production lines and PVDF lines to meet your any production and process requirements.
